It’s fall, and that means pumpkin poufs!
I just finished about my 85th regular pouf, and finally took the time to do what many people at the Elkhart Lake Farmers Market had recommended…
…I turned my pouf into a pumpkin.
This one is a mini-pumpkin – I only cast on 50 stitches instead of the usual 72-80, and quit when the tube had reached 10 inches long. I also “wung” the pattern for the stem, and upon review of the photos, sewed the stem not-quite-onto-the-center.
But I think it’s still kinda cute. Do you agree?
I’m now working on a tall, skinny guy to place next to this one. More photos to follow.
Anyone want me to write up a pattern? Just let me know in the comments!
